At VANTA, we do our best to get your order packed, processed, and on its way as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
During product launches, holidays, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may take a little longer. Good garments are worth the wait, but we still try not to make you wait.
Shipping Destinations
VANTA currently ships throughout Canada and the United States.
Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.
Shipping Providers
VANTA ships orders through trusted third-party shipping providers.
The shipping provider for your order may vary depending on your location, shipping method, package size, and service availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package directly through the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, customs processing, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.
Free Shipping
VANTA offers free shipping within Canada on orders over $100.
Free shipping eligibility is calculated before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee address changes or redirect the package.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, VANTA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number. You can also contact us and we will do our best to help point you in the right direction.
VANTA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen.
