Return Policy
At VANTA, we take garment quality seriously. Every item is inspected before shipment to make sure it meets our standards.
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, preference, or change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, email us or fill out a contact form with:

Your order number

Your full name

A clear description of the issue

Photos showing the defect or incorrect item
All claims are reviewed case by case. If your claim is approved, we will provide next steps for the return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for an approved return or exchange, the item must be:

Reported within 7 days of delivery

Unworn and unwashed

Free of stains, odors, or damage after delivery

Returned with all original tags and packaging

Approved by the VANTA team before being sent back
Items returned without prior approval may be refused.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items without a manufacturing defect

Sale or promotional items

Limited releases or special drop items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by VANTA.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. VANTA is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
If your return is approved and the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been placed.
